Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to all products and services provided by Wheelchair.pk. Prices are as indicated on invoices, subject to change at our discretion. Credit account customers must settle payments within 30 days. The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw products and services without prior notice. Delivery dates are approximate, and failure to accept delivery may incur additional charges. Damaged or short deliveries must be reported within two working days.

Returned Products

Products can only be returned with prior notification and a goods return number. All returned products must be appropriately packaged and labeled. Products ordered in error or specially obtained cannot be returned. Sterile or licensed goods with damaged seals or packaging cannot be credited. Equipment returns are accepted in the original, unused, and re-sealable condition.

Prices and Payment

Title of products passes to the customer upon full payment. Repossession is agreed upon failure to pay. Warranties are honored, and defective items may be returned for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty.


In case of equipment issues, contact us with the purchase date, serial number, and problem details. If the problem persists, return the item at your expense for repair or replacement under warranty. Misuse of products voids warranties, and the company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.


The company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss except for death or personal injury resulting from negligence. For direct losses, compensation is limited to the contract price or the products/services’ subject, provided losses are reported within 7 working days of delivery.
