Refund & Return Policy

Returns Policy

Our return policy at Wheelchair.pk extends to 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if it’s been over 30 days since your purchase. To qualify for a return, the wheelchair must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that certain goods, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids, cannot be returned.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Subsequently, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact your bank. For further assistance, reach out to us at knock@wheelchair.pk.

Sale Items

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace wheelchair items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please email us at knock@wheelchair.pk.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. The time for your exchanged wheelchair product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
